HubSpot integration
Clean, reshape, and move HubSpot data without a developer
Morph is a no-code tool that connects to HubSpot, pulls CRM records out, cleans and reshapes them to your rules, and delivers them onward, or creates cleaned records straight back in HubSpot. What used to be an afternoon in spreadsheets takes minutes.
What it does
What can you do with the HubSpot connector?
Out of HubSpot
Connect HubSpot securely via OAuth (or a Private App token) and pull records on demand or on an automated schedule: contacts, companies, deals, tickets, products, and more. Morph cleans and reshapes them with your rules, then delivers the result to another system, a Google Sheet, a folder in Google Drive, OneDrive or SharePoint, or a CSV download, ready for reporting, a client, or a migration.
Into HubSpot
Going the other way, Morph creates cleaned records straight in HubSpot: contacts, companies, deals, tickets, products, line items, and quotes. Import a spreadsheet of leads, reshape any system's export into CRM records, or keep a client's portal stocked from their other tools. Morph only creates records, so existing ones are never overwritten.
The mess
Common HubSpot data problems Morph fixes
| Problem | What Morph does |
|---|---|
| Dates come out in the wrong format | Rules normalise every date to the format the next system expects, consistently, on every run. |
| Duplicate contacts and companies across exports | De-duplication rules strip repeats before the data goes anywhere. |
| CRM records need re-keying into accounting or reporting tools | Pull HubSpot records, reshape them to the target's template, and deliver them. No copy-paste. |
| Columns don't line up with the destination's template | Reorder, rename, merge, and split fields to match exactly what the target needs. |
| The same cleanup, repeated for every client portal | Rules are reusable: point the same rule set at any client's HubSpot connection or export. |
How it works
Three steps, then it runs itself
Connect HubSpot
Secure OAuth sign-in in a couple of clicks. Prefer a Private App token? That works too.
Set your rules
Clean, map, and reshape by clicking. Do it once, reuse it across clients.
Automate it
Run on demand or hourly on Pro and up, server-side and 24/7, pulling only what changed.
Your client data stays yours. Morph processes source data in transit. It doesn't copy your HubSpot records into a warehouse. Read, transform, deliver.

FAQ
HubSpot integration questions
Do I need a developer to connect HubSpot to Morph?
No. You connect HubSpot with a standard secure sign-in (OAuth) in a couple of clicks, or paste a Private App token if your admin prefers that. Building cleanup rules is click-based too.
Can Morph write data directly into HubSpot?
Yes, with your permission. Rules can create records straight in HubSpot: contacts, companies, deals, tickets, products, line items, and quotes. Morph only creates records and never overwrites existing ones.
How often can Morph pull from HubSpot?
On demand, or on a schedule: hourly on Pro, Team, and Business, and down to every minute on Enterprise. Scheduled runs can pull only records changed since the last run, and they fire server-side, so no one has to be logged in.
Does Morph store my HubSpot data?
Morph processes your source data in transit. It doesn't copy your HubSpot records into a warehouse. Data is read, transformed by your rules, and delivered to the destination.
Which plans include the HubSpot connector?
HubSpot is available on Pro and above. And because Morph takes CSV uploads on every plan, you can clean a HubSpot export today even without the native connector.
Can Morph move files in and out of HubSpot?
Yes, with a document rule on Pro and above. Morph reads the files on HubSpot companies, contacts, deals and tickets, and can attach a file (an invoice PDF from your accounting system, say) to the matching record in HubSpot, only when exactly one record matches. Morph keeps no copy.
