Morph pricing: start free, pay for the data you move

Every plan includes a monthly allowance of delivered data: the output your successful runs write to their destinations. Failed runs, previews and tests never count. The Free plan is £0 with no credit card; paid plans start at £15/month and scale by allowance, schedule frequency and seats.

Prices in GBP, billed monthly, excluding VAT. Annual billing is available at a discount. There is no overage and no data top-up: when you reach your allowance, runs pause until you upgrade or your month resets. All plans include no-code rules, reusable workflows and run previews.

The metric

How usage is measured

Morph meters the data it delivers. Each successful run adds the size of its output (the cleaned file or records it writes to the destination) to your monthly allowance. Rows, columns and source size don't matter; only what comes out the other side does.

  • Only delivered output counts: the size of the file or records a successful run writes to its destination, whether that's Google Drive, your own SFTP server, Xero, or a download.
  • Documents count the same way: a file moved to a record (an invoice PDF attached in Odoo, a scan filed in Xero) adds its own size, once, when it is delivered. Renaming it and finding its record add nothing, and a file that could not be delivered is free.
  • Data analyses have their own monthly count and never use your data allowance: an account at its data cap can still analyse. A failed or refused analysis is free.
  • Reading documents (OCR, to find an invoice number or a date written in a file) has its own monthly count of pages and costs nothing extra. A page read for Textract's invoice fields counts as 5, and a file already read is never read, or counted, again.
  • Murphy is the one thing billed by use: on the paid plans, 2p per credit (1 credit = 1,000 of the model's tokens, what you send and what Murphy writes), added to your monthly Morph invoice. You set a monthly limit (each plan starts with a default); at the limit Murphy pauses until you raise it or the month resets, and your rules, runs and analyses carry on.
  • Failed runs, previews and rule tests are always free. They never touch your allowance.
  • Organisation plans share one pool: every member's runs draw from the same monthly allowance, and seats add people, not data.
  • Enrichment uses your own provider key and the provider bills you directly. Morph adds nothing. The larger enriched output simply counts as delivered data.

At the cap

What happens at your allowance

Your allowance is a hard cap, so your bill never surprises you. When you reach it, the only way to keep moving data that month is a bigger plan.

  • Runs stop for the rest of the month, and nothing is ever billed beyond your plan. (Murphy is the exception, billed by use at 2p per 1,000 tokens, and only up to the monthly limit you set.)
  • Upgrade to a higher plan and the new allowance applies immediately, prorated for the rest of your billing month.
  • Your allowance resets at the start of your next billing month.
  • No top-ups, no one-off packages, no pay-as-you-go: a one-off migration means being on a tier big enough for that month.

Which plan?

Which plan fits which team?

Just testing Morph on real data → Free

5 MB of delivered data a month and one connection. That's enough to prove the cleanup works on real data before paying anything.

Solo consultant with a monthly routine → Starter

50 MB a month and daily schedules cover a recurring export-clean-deliver loop for a handful of clients.

Implementation consultant or data manager → Pro

250 MB a month, hourly schedules, unlimited connections, connectors built from any API's docs and delivery to your own SFTP server.

Consultancy or accounting firm → Team

5 GB a month shared by the whole organisation, 5 seats, team roles and an included SFTP inbox with file-arrival triggers.

Ops team running high volumes → Business

10 GB a month shared across the organisation, 15 seats and a 99.9% uptime SLA.

FAQ

Pricing questions

Is there a free trial or a free plan?

A permanent free plan, not a time-boxed trial. The Free plan is £0 with no credit card and includes 5 MB of delivered data a month with one-click manual runs, so you can test Morph on real data for as long as you like.

Can I change plans later?

Yes, from inside Morph. Upgrades apply immediately: you get the bigger allowance straight away and Stripe prorates the difference for the rest of your billing month. Downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing period, so you keep what you've paid for.

Do documents count toward my data allowance?

Yes, in the same way as rows: a file counts its own size, once, when a run delivers it to its destination. Renaming a file and finding the record it belongs to add nothing, a file that could not be delivered is free, and a file already delivered is never counted again. A rule that packs files into a download counts them on each run that packs them.

Do data analyses use my data allowance?

No. Analyses have their own monthly count per plan (5 on Free, 25 on Starter, 60 on Pro, 150 on Team and 400 on Business, shared across an organisation). An account at its data cap can still analyse, and a failed or refused analysis costs nothing.

Does reading documents cost extra?

No. Each plan includes a number of pages a month that Morph may read from your documents (50 on Free, 1,000 on Starter, 3,000 on Pro, 15,000 on Team and 50,000 on Business, shared across an organisation). Most invoices take one page: Morph stops as soon as it has found what you asked for. A page read for Textract's invoice fields counts as 5. When the month's pages are used up, files are left unread until the month resets, and nothing is charged.

How is Murphy billed?

Murphy, Morph's AI assistant, is on the paid plans and is pay as you go: 2p per credit, where one credit is 1,000 of the model's tokens (what you send and what Murphy writes), added to your monthly Morph invoice. You set a monthly limit in credits; each plan starts with a default (500 on Starter, 2,000 on Pro, 6,000 on Team and 15,000 on Business, shared across an organisation), and you can raise or lower it under Plans at any time. At the limit Murphy pauses until you raise it or your month resets; everything else in Morph keeps working. Connecting Claude, ChatGPT or another AI tool over MCP uses your own account with that tool, not Morph's.

What happens when I reach my data allowance?

Runs pause for the rest of the month. Morph never bills you for data beyond your plan. To keep running, upgrade to a higher plan and the new allowance applies immediately; otherwise your allowance resets at the start of your next billing month. You can't buy extra data mid-month, so if a one-off migration needs more room, pick a plan that fits for that month.

Do failed runs cost anything?

Never. Only the output a successful run delivers to its destination counts toward your allowance. Failed runs, previews and test runs are always free.

How do extra seats work on Team and Business?

Team includes 5 seats and Business includes 15. Extra seats are £10 per seat per month on both, prorated when you add or remove people. Individual plans (Free, Starter and Pro) are single-seat. Seats add people, not data: your organisation's allowance is one shared pool however many seats you have. Enterprise seating is custom.

How does data enrichment (for example Creditsafe) affect my bill?

Morph adds no enrichment charge. You bring your own provider key and the provider bills you directly at its own rates. Enriched rows are larger, so the enriched output counts toward your monthly data allowance like any other delivered data.

What currency is Morph billed in, and is VAT included?

All prices are in GBP (£) and exclude VAT, which is added where applicable. Billing is processed by Stripe, which accepts major cards internationally.
